Qualification (शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):
A Master's Degree in Library and Information Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks with NET/SET.

Desirable Qualification (वांछनीय शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

(i) Master's degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute.

(ii) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognised University or Institute.

Specialization (विशेषज्ञता): 

1. Knowledge in Library Automation (KOHA Software)

2. Familiarity in MARC Format
