Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता) & Experience(अनुभव):

(i) Bachelor’s degree in Library Science of a recognized University 

OR

Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University with 3 years practical experience in Library. 
(ii) Knowledge of Konkani. 

Desirable Qualification (वांछनीय शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

(i) Knowledge of Marathi.
