Ministry of Defence, New Delhi Recruitment for Map Curator on deputation basis: Last Date-10/07/2019

Filling up of five posts of Map Curator in General Staff Branch, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army) on deputation basis as per details given below :-

Post (पद): Map Curator

No of posts( रिक्तियों की संख्या ): 5 (Five) 

Qualifications, Experiences and Eligibility (शैक्षिक, अनुभव और योग्यता):

Officers belonging to the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administration :-
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) holding posts in "Level 2 in the Pay Matrix" with eight years regular service; and
(b) possessing the following qualification and experience:-
Essential (अनिवार्य आवश्यकता):
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
2. Two years' experience in any recognized Map Library.
Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता):
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized University in Library Science or Geography or Earth Science.
2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer. (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 Key Depressions Per Hour/9000 Key Depressions Per Hour on an average of 5 depressions for each word).
Pay( वेतन ): Pay Matrix Level-4 (7th CPC)

Age Limit ( आयु सीमा ): 56 Years as on the closing date of receipt of application 
Last Date (अंतिम तारीख): 10/07/2019 (Within 60 days from the date of publication of the vacancy in the Employment News)
