Essential Qualification and Experiences (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता  और अनुभव):

(i) Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or institute;
(ii) Two years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Recognised Research or Educational Institution.
Pay (वेतन): Level-6 in the pay matrix (₹ 35400 -112400)
Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता): Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.
