Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):
1. A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed.
2. At least ten years as a Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years’ experience as a College Librarian.
3. Evidence of innovative Library Services, including the integration of ICT in a Library.
4. A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript-Keeping.
Pay (वेतनमान): ₹ 25500 - 81100 Plus Allowances

Complete application form procured in the above manner may either be delivered personally at the Reception Counter of Administrative Block or sent by post, superscribing on the top at the left side of the cover, the post applied for, advertisement number and date, to the Joint Registrar, Selection Committee Section (Non-Teaching), Registrar’s Office, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh – 202002, so as to reach him by 09.12.2019.
