Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):
(1) Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science of a recognized University or its equivalent.
(2) Three years experience in a Library recognized by the Government.
(3) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable(वांछनीय आवश्यकता): Knowledge of Marathi.
