Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

(i) Post Graduate or equivalent.
(ii) Degree in Library Sciences from a recognized university/ institution.
(iii) Five years experience of working in libraries of Central Government/autonomous bodies/recognized institutions of repute.
Pay (वेतन): Pay Level - 6 Rs. 35400-112400. 
Age (आयु):  45 years
