Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ): 

First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Arts / Commerce from recognized University / lnstitute and Bachelor’s Degree in library science.
Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता): 
Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Age Limit (आयु सीमा): Not more than 30 years as on closing date of advertisement.
Pay (वेतनमान):  Pay Level – 06 as per VII CPC.
