Applications are invited from eligible existing regular employees working in State Universities / State Government / Semi-Government Departments / Boards / Corporations / PSUs / ICAR Institutes / Judicial Courts or any other Government Organization in Haryana in the prescribed format for filling up of Library Assistant posts on deputation basis only.

Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

Working on analogous post.
OR
1. B. Lib. Or B.Lib.Sc. from any recognized University.
2. At least 2 years' office experience as Clerk/ Computer Operator/equivalent of working in a Govt. / Semi-Govt. University / Educational Institution / Deptt. / Research Institution / PSU.
3. Typing on computer with a speed of 30 w.p.m.
4. Knowledge of Library Software.
5. Knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric standard / Higher Education.
Pay (वेतनमान):  Functional Pay Level - 6

How to Apply (आवेदन कैसे करे): 

(i) Candidates should fill up the application form only after going through the general instructions / conditions carefully. 
(ii) The application form along with details of prescribed qualifications, Functional Pay Level, general instructions/condition etc. can be downloaded from the University website i.e. www.mhu.ac.in . 
(iii) The duly filled in application form along with self-attested photocopies of required documents should reach at the address “The Registrar, Maharana Pratap Horticultural University, Campus at Horticultural Training Institute, Uchani, Karnal-132001” on or before 31.05.2020 up to 05:00 PM. 
(iv) No application fee is required. 
(v) The candidates must apply through proper channel. They should send an advanced copy on prescribed application form direct to the university to avoid delay, but the application must also be received through proper channel before the date of interview.
