National Institute of Design (NID), Assam invited applications from eligible candidates for the following post.

Post (पद):   Senior Assistant Librarian

Essential Qualification and Experience: (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University / Institute.

ii) Five years’ service as Assistant Librarian in Library Automation and Administration at a recognized Institution in the Pay Level 6 as per 7 CPC (OR grade pay of Rs.4,200 as per 6 CPC) OR equivalent.

Desirable(वांछित): A. M. Phil / Ph. D in Library Science / Information Science and Documentation.

B. Computer: Degree / Diploma / Knowledge. 

Age(आयु):  Not exceeding 35 years, as on the last date of application

Pay (वेतनमान): Pay Level 7: Rs. 44,900 - 14,2400/-

Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 67,000/- per month approx. 

Last Date (आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख): 04/10/2020
