Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुà¤à¤µ):
Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/ Universities/ Statutory,
Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding analogous
posts on regular basis with at least 5 years of regular service in Pay Level 10 (prerevised PB-3, GP 5400) or 8 years of regular service in Pay Level 6 (pre-revised PB-2,
GP 4200), or equivalent and possessing the following qualifications and experience:
Essential:
1) At least a second class Master’s Degree in Science (preferably in Biological
Sciences) of a recognized University or equivalent;
2) Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib. Science of a recognized Institution or
University; and
3) 7 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a library of standing.
Desirable:
1) Master’s Degree in Library Science;
2) Training in Medical Librarianship;
3) Experience of Documentation work in a responsible capacity;
4) Knowledge of Sanskrit and any modern European language other than English.
Pay (वेतनमान): Level-11 as per 7th CPC
(Pre revised Pay Band: 3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay: Rs. 6600/-)

How To Apply:
The Officers who fulfil the prescribed qualifications/eligibility may submit their
application form through online mode only as per procedure given in this
advertisement and take a printout of the same. They are required to mandatorily
send a duly signed print-out of online application form along with necessary
self-attested documents through proper channel to Recruitment Cell, AIIMS Raipur
(at address given below) within 15 days from the last date of submission of online
application failing which candidature of the applicant will not be considered. -The portal for online registration and application for these posts will be available on
the website of AIIMS Raipur (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) from 04.04.2022 to
19.05.2022.
-The print out of application form along with necessary self-attested documents will
be accepted only through Speed Post/Registered Post. The Institute shall not be
responsible for any postal delay. Applications received after the last date is liable to
be rejected. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
-The envelope containing the application(s) should be super-scribed “Application
for the Post of …………………………………. on Deputation basis.” The address for

Important Note: The candidates who have applied for the post of ‘Librarian Selection
Grade’ and ‘Executive Engineer (Civil)’ on Deputation Basis against advertisement
No. Admin/Rec./Deput./2021 /AIIMS.RPR/358, dated 21.07.2021 and were declared
eligible / provisionally eligible NEED NOT apply again. Their applications will be
considered against this advertisement. However, these candidates are required to submit
requisite pending documents, if any.
